1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SPECIES 
LR-G100 powder contains Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR-G100 and a special cryoprotectant agent. The Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR-G100 helps to improve digestion. It reduces cholesterol, and enhances immunity. It is an antiallergenic and anti-pathogens lactic acid bacterium.

Limosilactobacillus reuteri is a Gram-positive bacterium that naturally inhabits the gut of mammals and birds, as well it can be also found in the natural environments like the fermented foods, meet, dairy products.

It can grow in both oxygen residual or not, can grow better at the aerobic condition, even can survive in the Nitrogen Dioxide condition, its metabolism can digest the monosaccharides, but can not digest and utilize lactose. As the typical lactic acid bacteria, its metabolism can produce lactic acid, aetic acid etc, another well-known metabolism character of reuteri is that it can produce the reuterin, reutericin, and reutericyclin, these are the natural antibiotic to inhibit the pathogenic bacteria(or yeast) like E.coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Cryptosporidium parvum, yeast Candida albicans etc. reuteri also shows a stronger antibiotic resistance in the fact, but it is to-date, have not found it has the risks for the transmission due to lack of the risk plasmids.

It can survive in gastro-acid/bile salt/enzyme digestion pressure condition, as well has a good colonization ability in the human gut-intestinal & urinary tract condition.
