Q1: What are your payment terms?
Usually we require T/T payment 100% in advance.
Q2: What is the delivery time?
It's usually within 14-21 days upon payment for probiotic single strains or premixes in bulk and 50 days upon payment for semi-finished or finished products in private label.
Q3: Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples (about 30 g/bag for each product) if you are willing to cover the freight cost.
Q4: Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can customize the products according to your needs (probiotic single strains with different potency, premixes, blends, semi-finished products or finished products in private label, probiotic capsules or sachets).
Q5: Does the price vary?
Yes, the price varies based on the potency of the probic strains, on the quantity, on the delivery method (FOB, CPT or others). If you have any questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
