Lactiplantibacillus plantarum is a beneficial bacterium found in natural environments, plant materials, and the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals, as well as in human saliva. It is widely used in fermented foods, animal feeds, environmental protection, and therapeutic health products for humans.
Our proprietary strain, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum YS1 was isolated, purified, and identified from yak yogurt in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, and shows significant in vitro anti-gastric acid and anti-bile salt effects.
Reduces the Disease Activity Index (DAI) of colitis, lowers inflammation markers (MPO, NO, MDA), prevents colon shortening, boosts antioxidant activity (GSH), and adjusts serum cytokines by increasing IL-2 and decreasing IL-10.
