How to make homemade yoghurt
1. Half-fill the yoghurt maker container with warm drinking water (<45ºC)
2. Add yoghurt powder and mix well.
3. Top up the container with more warm water and mix well.
4. Keep at about 43ºC for 6-10 hours and it will be fresh yoghurt
5. Store the yoghurt in refrigerator for better taster.
*Yoghurt maker is the machine which could maintain the stable temperature around 43ºC for yoghurt fermentation.
