Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus is one of the most well-researched probiotics, found in the gut and urinary tract. As a facultative anaerobe, it grows in both oxygen and non-oxygen environments, thriving better with oxygen and even surviving in nitrous oxide. Its metabolism produces lactic and acetic acid, inhibiting harmful bacteria and preventing infections. It also colonizes well in the gut and urinary tract.
Our proprietary strain, Lactiobacillus rhamnosus or Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Lr-G14 was isolated from naturally fermented yogurt in the Linzhi region of Tibet. This strain helps improve gut function, enhances the immune system, promotes the growth of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, stimulates intestinal motility, and supports overall digestive health.
